For Onshō no Kamikawa There are some people whose presence quietly becomes part of what makes a place feel like home. For SANGŌ, I think that person is you, Kamikawa. You did not simply create a regiment and give it a name. You created a place where people could gather, make memories, find familiar faces, and feel that their presence mattered. As the founder, you carry a responsibility that many may never fully see, yet you continue to lead with patience, kindness, and understanding. What stands out most is not simply the position you hold, but the person behind it. You have a way of making SANGŌ feel welcoming, and your presence gives the regiment a warmth that could never be created by titles or ranks alone. Of all the people I have met within SANGŌ, you remain someone I hold especially high. There is something admirable about the way you lead, the way you treat others, and the effort you put into the community you built. You have given people more than a place to participate. You have given them somewhere to belong, even if only through the smallest moments. So, Kamikawa, thank you. Thank you for creating SANGŌ, for continuing to care for it, and for being the kind of founder people can genuinely appreciate. The memories made here, the people brought together, and the moments that will stay with us all began with something you chose to create. I'll be honest, we have some rather strict partnering rules, haha. In order for us to become allies, we'd have to have two crossevents, and see 2 out of 3 of our values in the other regiment.
