I’m just going to say this from my experience of being at SANGŌ!! I’ve been here since pretty close to the grand opening, and I am so glad I was. I first thought SANGŌ was just another regiment I joined to pass the time, or one to feel less bored this summer, but as I attended and as I lurked and lingered (which I do constantly…) I felt like this place was really welcoming, and that the people in it were just kind from themselves, not from staff telling them to be kind, not from the expectations. Everyone just blossomed and it feels like this is a place I’m glad to be apart of. I feel like I’ve regained some of my confidence with talking to new people, and whilst I’m still struggling to apply myself to others in real life, I’m improving. I also, would really like to say, I love Tsuma Hiro, and Wu Hongye VERY dearly. Back when I joined SANGŌ, these two were my first friends, and I wouldn’t change that for the world. I’ve had a really rough year, luck just hasn’t been on my side at all, like with the reoccurrence which caused me to have a second surgery in a few months, everyone was attentive, and whenever I took a little break to recover everyone was very understanding and friendly about it. When I started attending again, Hongye and Hiro checked up on me, Hiro seemed a bit worried at times when I would attend then feel sore, but it was them reaching out, and simply being there that is one of the many things I really appreciate about them. Even recently, I was feeling pretty upset and hurt over family issues, but they comforted me and I felt okay in my vulnerability with them, which is hard for me. It’s hard for me to tell others I’m struggling, I feel small and embarrassed but I don’t feel any of that when I’m vulnerable with them. I love you guys so much, I am so glad I met you guys and I want SANGŌ to flourish for a long time. The staff is so amazing, the enlisted are so talented and wonderful, and lastly. Kamikawa I will say a big thank you, for the creation of SANGŌ and I feel you don’t get nearly as much credit as you deserve, I can only guess how much time you’ve poured into SANGŌ, but it shows trust me.
You are also a wonderful and incredibly talented person to have met, I do wish I get to know you more, as I low-key think you’re really cool… and I kind of look up to you.. coughs. So, really I’ve been rambling and pacing around my kitchen because I can’t sit still as I type this, I love you SANGŌ and I love every single person in it, truly.

I am truly so glad that you have found your place here, Kelly. I always saw something incredible in you, ever since our very first few days, I knew you'd be someone special to this place.
I'm glad I was right, Jun Ui.
