Hi hii !! I have 3 thank yous to say here but I think a little yapping from me would make it a bit more meaningful.
I joined SANGŌ thinking it would be another 2 weeks phase where I'd be too overwhelmed to talk in both events and server and eventually just leave and spend the rest of summer bored out of my mind and dreading school starting. I was SO wrong.
In my CIVT, social anxiety hit me HARD, but I still managed to have fun and I felt so welcomed by people it was such an amazing experience honestly. And the rest of the events I went to were all the same, I could talk to people without feeling overwhelmed or left out, I could interact with everyone, I went to off duty recruits just to talk to people whether that be our members or civilians because I felt so happy.
These past few years have been rough for me, I never expected to actually enjoy SANGŌ as much as I do, and despite how much I love this and how much I want everyone to know it, I'm not the best at being vulnerable with my feelings especially as I can't feel my, well, feelings, as anyone else would. I probably won't be able to type anything like this anytime soon in the appreciation channel so here I am.
So here's to the thank you parts:
Thank you to all of SANGŌ, you all are so amazing, this community is truly wonderful, everyone is so nice and welcoming and does their best to include people, it's so sweet when members say "hi" and "nice to meet you" to the kōhoseis who show up at events. I love attending not for points, not for the sake of it, but because of how awesome everyone is.
Thank you to the staff team for giving me a chance to be one of them, for giving me a chance to help with this wonderful community, for giving me the chance to get to do something I really loved once again: hosting and helping members whenever I can. You guys are all so awesome and all of you do so much for this regiment and I hope as time passes I will be able to do more and more for everyone as well and for now I'm simply trying to start that by making my events as enjoyable as I can for the people who do attend.
And finally, thank you, Onshō. Kamikawa Hiromi. I know for a fact that everyone truly appreciates the work that you do, you've created a wonderful thing here with SANGŌ where people are nice just because they can be and not because they're required to. You work so much for everyone to be able to enjoy this and it does not go unnoticed. You yourself are truly amazing and not just for creating SANGŌ but as a person and I'm sure everyone would agree. I can see it everytime you say hi or show up at an event and everyone jumps up excitedly to greet you back.
That's all I have to say for now, maybe I'll be back, maybe I'll get the courage to say it in front of all our members next time, but for now whoever reads this I hope you know that SANGŌ is an amazing place.

I'm having a hard time writing a response to this that actually displays how honored I am to have a message like this aimed at us. So much so that it's taken me quite a few days.
Despite that, I truly am glad that you have found your place here with us Himura; I always saw potential in you, and I am glad that it blossomed in this way. Working alongside you is wonderful, and I cannot wait to see more of you here.
Continue on.
I have all the faith in you. <3
